By accessing or using CleanHub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including clients, vendors, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

CleanHub is a multi-vendor marketplace that connects clients with professional cleaning service providers. The Platform facilitates booking, communication, invoicing, and reviews. CleanHub acts as an intermediary and does not directly provide cleaning services.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
CleanHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Each user may maintain only one account unless otherwise authorized.

4. Vendor Obligations

Vendors must maintain accurate business information, including contact details, pricing, and availability.
All services must be delivered professionally and as described in the vendor's service listings.
Vendors must respond to booking requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Vendors agree to maintain appropriate insurance and licensing as required by Tanzanian law.
Vendors may not discriminate against clients on any basis.
Vendors are responsible for their own tax obligations arising from transactions on the Platform.

5. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate information when booking services.
Clients agree to pay for services rendered as agreed upon booking confirmation.
Clients must treat vendors with respect and provide reasonable access to the premises.
Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Clients agree to provide honest and fair reviews of services received.

6. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Bookings are confirmed when a vendor accepts a client's request.
Clients may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.
Late cancellations may be subject to a fee at the vendor's discretion.
Vendors may cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances with reasonable notice.
CleanHub may cancel bookings that violate these terms or applicable law.

7. Payments and Invoicing

Payment terms are agreed upon between the vendor and client at the time of booking.
All prices are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless otherwise specified.
Invoices are generated electronically for completed bookings.
Payment disputes must be reported within 7 days of the service date.
CleanHub may facilitate payment processing through third-party providers.
Vendors are paid according to their selected payout schedule.

8. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews reflect the honest opinion of the reviewer and are not endorsed by CleanHub.
We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate these terms.
Vendors may not offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews.
Review content must not contain personal information or offensive language.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Tanzanian law.
Attempting to interfere with the Platform's security or functionality.
Creating false accounts or misrepresenting your identity or business.
Collecting user information without consent.
Engaging in price fixing or other anti-competitive practices.
Posting false or misleading information about services or qualifications.

10. Intellectual Property

The CleanHub name, logo, design, and platform code are proprietary. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission. Vendor and client content posted on the Platform remains the property of the respective owner, with a license granted to CleanHub to display and process it on the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

CleanHub provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the quality or suitability of services provided by vendors. To the maximum extent permitted by Tanzanian law, CleanHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tanzania.
